I’d like to share some thoughts with you concerning the Paris assassinations.

This week I held a Train-the-Trainer seminar in Paris with French NCPs, 4 days after the incredible occurred.

I was shocked when I heard these horrifying news and the entire last weekend I thought carefully if I should really travel. I have to admit: I was frightened.

But finally it was very clear to me: NOW MORE THAN EVER! I don’t let fear and hate govern my life! And I hope that we all will NOT do that!

It was clear though, that we can’t start the training as usual. I bought flowers for the victims, invited to a minute of silence at the beginning and we wwwoted the training to “liberté, égalité, fraternité”.

I can’t remember any training being so emotional and I just adore the participants, who managed to do a great job during the training.

I am still exhausted after this extra-ordinary event, but I am glad I went to Paris.
