Birgit Baumann has been working internationally in the field of (online) training & moderation and project management for around 30 years.

Birgit Baumann specializes in the design and delivery of interactive (online) training courses and workshops. As an internationally experienced trainer and facilitator, she uses neurodidactic methods to convey complex content clearly and activate the creative potential of her participants. Through her work in European and Austrian research, technology and innovation funding (RTI) – including successful EU projects – as well as several years of experience in personnel and organizational development, she brings valuable perspectives, especially in the areas of sustainability, climate change, energy and mobility.

Further training

People, nature and exercise are important to Birgit. After intensive (online) workshops or training sessions, she likes to get out into nature, whether it’s cycling, skating, Nordic walking, swimming, hiking (including mushroom hunting!), snowshoeing, skiing or ice skating. She also enjoys canoeing on Lake Millstättersee. These activities are especially fun for her with family and friends, accompanied by good food and a glass of wine.

Benjamin Baumann, international (online) trainer, facilitator and coach, has over a decade of experience in various learning settings. He specializes in team-building events and the development of digital learning formats and events.

Ben specializes in the design and implementation of AI-supported, digital learning opportunities. As a certified, internationally active trainer, facilitator and coach, he brings in-depth experience and innovative didactic approaches. Through the targeted use of AI tools and neurodidactic methods, he creates digital learning spaces that make complex content understandable and activate the creative potential of his participants. At BusinessMind, Benjamin leads (online) training, moderation and coaching sessions that are didactically well thought-out and future-oriented.

When Ben is not hosting a team-building event, he enjoys spending time with his family. His partner and his little daughter enrich his life every day. To switch off, he cooks vegetarian delicacies or retreats to nature or the sauna. He also reads a book every week, because further education is crucial for him – and this knowledge is always elegantly incorporated into his training sessions.
