GATE Institute conducted a team building, organized and implemented by Birgit and Ben from BusinessMind. We spent five unforgettable hours together, getting to know our strengths, the different team’s challenges and the opportunities to work and collaborate better. We had our moments of learning, sharing, building trust and fun. The event that Birgit and Ben held gave us the opportunity to better understand our corporate values, unify our vision for development and focus on the common goals and perspectives of the Institute. Our lecturers managed to predispose us to feel active and engaged in the individual activities, which took place dynamically, with discussion and presentation of the generated ideas. Everyone got involved and regardless of the physical distance between some of the colleagues, we held a gathering that gave us a sense of presence and live human contact.
